Pickup Dates: Friday, October 9th, 2026 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Saturday, October 10th, 2026 (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

A loader is available on-site at no charge. West Central Auction Company will assist with loading. Items must be removed during your scheduled appointment slot only.

Terms & Conditions
Buyer's Premium: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid price.
Payment: All items must be paid for in full before pickup. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card (via MarkNet), cash at pickup, or check at pickup. A valid credit card is required to register for bidding.
Pickup: All items are appointment-only pickup at 3264 Hwy 221, Doe Run, MO 63637. Pickup dates are Friday, October 9th, 2026 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Saturday, October 10th, 2026 (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM). Items must be removed during your scheduled appointment slot only — no other pickup times are available. A forklift is available on-site at no charge. West Central Auction Company will assist with loading.
Scheduling: Appointments are 30-minute slots with 10-minute gaps between. Maximum of 2 appointments per slot. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup appointment after payment is completed.
Removal: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup dates listed above. Items not picked up by the end of the last scheduled pickup day will be subject to a $50/day storage fee. West Central Auction Company reserves the right to resell any items not removed within 7 days of the last scheduled pickup date.
Condition: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions and photos are provided as a guide only and are not a substitute for personal inspection.
Sales Tax: Applicable Missouri sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to the auction close.
Disputes: Any disputes must be brought to the attention of West Central Auction Company within 24 hours of the auction close. The decision of West Central Auction Company is final.
